Louise's Real Estate is LOCATED in the heart of Northern California, in Wheatland.  Our office is on the west side of Hightway 65 mid-way between Lincoln and Marysville, next door to Bradshaw's Mini Storage.  Wheatland is a quiet town of about 3500 with that historic, small-town feeling that so many people have come to love.  There are a number of new subdivisions to choose from, and our schools have some of the highest ratings for California.  In fact, some of our clients have relocated to Wheatland just for their child's education and athletic opportunities.  LRE is not bound only to Wheatland.  We will list, sell, and help you find property in all the surrounding counties including Butte, Placer, Sacramento, Sutter, and Yuba County.

Wheatland is just a short drive from Auburn to the south of Marysville, Yuba City, Lake Oroville and Chico to the north.  Lake Tahoe and Reno are just two hours away.  Sacramento is 30 miles south and San Francisco is two hours to the west.  There are numerous recreational activities available.  Wheatland is a place where you can easily go hiking, camping, bike riding, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, boating, bird watching, atv riding; all within minutes drive.  Wheatland's location also offers easy access to Highways 65, 70, 99, I-80, I-5.  We can assist with relocations and are 10 miles from Beale Air Force Base.
